Our beautiful Neighbourhood
Macquarie Street has been the center of the Sydney health care world since the building of the Rum Hospital in 1812. It is still standing up the other end of the street. You can also find the 1817 Hyde Park Barracks, and of course Sydneys oldest church St James is nearby. Parliament House, Sydney Hospital, and the State Library are all features, but down the BMA House end we have the quiet of the Royal Botanic Gardens outside our door. It is difficult to imagine a more remarkable, historic or beautiful street anywhere in Australia. This is a street walked by Captain Bligh and Governor Macquarie and Bjorn Utzen. You can feel the history.

Sydney Harbour from BMA House, Macquarie Street.
The view is ever changing depending on the weather. Whether sunny or misty it is always pure magic.

Downstairs.
We call this our stress management supplement. The perfect place for a quiet lunch break on a busy day.

Just across the street is this contemplative water feature.
